This section displays the top 5 configuration items for which outage occurred for the maximum time within the selected time period (Last Month or Last Quarter).

In the left pane, the table displays the Outage Date, top 5 Configuration Items affected, and Duration (days) of the outage.

• In the right pane, the outage details of the selected Configuration Item (CI).
• In the left pane, clicking an item displays details of a Configuration Item (CI).
